Thank you for sharing also the steps that you have already. Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community. ***Moved from: Windows 10 / Devices & drivers*** So what is wrong? A google search doesn't find anything much relevant. I have run, without any error indications, the Surface Diagnostic Tootkit. No yellow exclamations (or red marks) in Device Manager. (Power Drive State failure: A device object has been blocking an IRP for too long a time.) I do not see any other side effects of these "Error" events.Įxcept recently I had a bugcheck: 0x09, 3, 0xffffd48f1a0d7cd0, etc. It is _not_ connected when these events occur. These occur in groups (but not always in the same order, or not all of the various errors), as above, typically around the time I wake/sleep the device.Īs the events mention a Serial HUB: I do have a Surface Hub. Surface Serial Hub Driver (Surface Serial HUB driver get ack failed) Target Category = N/A, Sequence number =127 Surface Serial Hub Driver (Surface Serial HUB driver spurious Ack found) Sequence number =127 Surface Serial Hub Driver (Surface Serial HUB driver invalid checksum received) SurfaceSerialHubDriver (Surface Serial HUB driver invalid signature received) The event log is dominated by these errors: Surface Dock FW update 1.42.139, and Surface Pro Update 19.092.253000.0 installed.
